Ela utiliza vários recursos que deixam a sessão dinâmica e auxiliam na compreensão do processo por parte do paciente. Muito atenciosa, acolhedora e aceitou bastante bem meu feedback sobre como tornar a sessão ainda mais acolhedora para uma pessoa LGBT+. Recomendo!
 I followed up with Josi right at the beginning of the pandemic and it was a great experience. It uses several features that make the session dynamic and help the patient understand the process. Very attentive, welcoming and took my feedback quite well on how to make the session even more welcoming for an LGBT+ person. I recommend!
