★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje eu reforço o quanto todos precisam de um tratamento psicológico, que não se deve deixar chegar ao extremo para procurar ajuda. Você entrou na minha vida no momento certo e a princípio achei que não mudaria minha situação, mas você veio e me fez entender e enxergar que se tem vários pontos de vista de uma situação, eu teimava em olhar apenas por uma janelinha pequena a minha situação e então você me mostrou que existe uma janela e uma porta enorme, onde a visão era totalmente diferente, então eu entendi, aliás, você me fez entender que existe um lado positivo e sereno mesmo na pior situação. Cheguei em você para tratar um início de depressão, com você essa depressão não foi para frente e então tive “alta” entendendo bem a minha tristeza e sabendo lidar com ela, porque você me mostrou minha força, sai com alto estima que você viu que a minha era baixíssima, aprendi a não aceitar menos que mereço, sai de um relacionamento abusivo onde você me fez enxergar que eu merecia mais e não poderia viver de migalhas. Hoje eu sou uma pessoa muito mais madura, com uma alto estima incrível e com a certeza de permanecer apenas nos lugares e com pessoas que entendem o meu valor e me demonstram isso. Hoje eu sei que a tristeza vem, mas sei administrar para que ela não fique, porque problemas e certas saudades de quem não está mais entre nós é normal. Então eu só posso agradecer a você todo ensinamento, toda clareza e pulso firme que tratou meus problemas internos. Com a sua ajuda e pela sua ajuda hoje sou uma pessoa extremamente diferente de uns meses atrás. A palavra que se resume a você para mim é GRATIDÃO.
