★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcio nos vendeu o passeio para a praia do espelho, R$70,00 por pessoa. No panfleto diz que íamos passar por uma mata, ver búfalos e parar em uma aldeia indígena e por fim na praia do espelho. Que quando chegássemos na praia o guia iria nos levar para passear nas falésias e nos explicar tudo. Não passamos em nenhum dos lugares que tava no panfleto, e fomos direito pra praia. Já estava bem decepcionada nessa hora. E quando chegamos na praia finalmente animados para conhecer, o guia nos larga na frente da van e fala que as 15 horas era pra gente se encontrar ali. Resultado? Nos largou na praia, não sabíamos o que fazíamos, os outros grupos das outras agências, todas com guias explicando e nosso grupo lá, sem saber o que fazia e o que era cada coisa. Decepcionada!! Preferia ter pagado mais por outra agência do que fazer um passeio que pagamos por guia e não tinha.
 Marcio sold us the tour to the mirror beach, R $ 70.00 per person. In the pamphlet it says that we were going to go through a forest, see buffalo and stop at an indigenous village and finally at the mirror beach. That when we arrived at the beach the guide would take us for a walk on the cliffs and explain everything to us. We didn't go anywhere in the pamphlet, and went straight to the beach. I was already very disappointed at that time. And when we arrive at the beach, finally excited to meet, the guide leaves us in front of the van and says that the 15 hours was for us to meet there. Result? He left us on the beach, we didn't know what we were doing, the other groups from the other agencies, all with guides explaining and our group there, not knowing what we were doing and what each thing was. Disappointed!! I would have preferred to pay more for another agency than to take a tour that we paid for as a guide and didn't have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo feedback. Tentei cancelar uma viagem de um pacote de 3 viagens, com dias de antecedência e até hoje não tive meu reembolso. Fora que vão descontar um monte de coisas. Preste atenção antes de fechar com eles. Péssimo atendimento. Pra receber são rápidos.
Bad feedback. I tried to cancel a trip from a package of 3 trips, days in advance and to this day I have not had my refund. Apart from that they will discount a lot of things. Pay attention before closing with them. Terrible attendance. They are quick to receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive boas experiências com a administração dessa empresa, erros bobos como calcular mal a capacidade de pessoas nos veículos oque causa transtorno e atrasos, esquecer clientes nos locais e constrangir os mesmos com sermões no ônibus, ngm quer ver barraco nas férias! Sempre atrasam e isso chegou a prejudicar um dos meus passeios, pois dependia do horário de maré baixa em alguns locais oq foi impossível devido aos atrasos. Tentei contato com a empresa pra resolver meu problema mas nem se deram o trabalho de responder! Péssimo serviço prestado por parte da administração da empresa, vendem uma coisa e entregam outra. Não recomendo!
I didn't have good experiences with the administration of this company, silly mistakes like miscalculating the capacity of people in the vehicles which causes inconvenience and delays, forgetting customers in the places and embarrassing them with sermons on the bus, nobody wants to see a shack on vacation! They are always late and this even harmed one of my tours, as it depended on the low tide time in some places, which was impossible due to delays. I tried to contact the company to solve my problem but they didn't even bother to respond! Terrible service provided by the management of the company, they sell one thing and deliver another. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou compartilhar aqui como foi minha experiência com essa empresa em Abril de 2022:
Preço acessível porém fiquei muito chateado com a direção da empresa, pois foram fechados 3 passeios para um casal, Arraial, trancoso e praia do espelho. Desde o início deixei claro para o vendedor que queria conhecer praia do espelho primeiro, por ser a mais bonita na minha opinião. Mas minha opinião não foi levada em conta e eles decidiram por si só a ordem dos passeios, o que ate então não seria um problema. Primeiro dia se passou e pedi para que no seguinte fosse para praia do espelho e meu pedido não foi atendido. No segundo dia houve discussão entre cliente e guia pois a cliente foi deixado para trás, erro das duas partes. Mas o pior foi que no terceiro dia pedi pra adiar o passeio e mais uma vez não fui atendido, mesmo assim fui pois queria conhecer o lugar. Resultado: saímos atrasados da cidade pois uma família com 6 pessoas iriam mas só tinha 5 lugares na van, e isso custou muito tempo pois ficaram para trás e depois decidiram voltar pra pegar, atoa pois ninguem foi. Chegamos a praia as 11hrs da manhã, e não tinha maré baixa, estragando totalmente a razão pela qual queria conhecer o local, e quando a maré começou a baixar tivemos que ir embora pois a empresa estipula o horário para deixar o local. Ou seja, fui prejudicado pela má organização da direção! Não escolhi meus passeios e o mais interessante pra mim foi ruim por culpa da empresa, pois nos levaram atrasados e nos trouxeram adiantados. Considero propaganda enganosa, pois vendem a propaganda do lugar bonito com piscinas naturais e não entregaram nada disso, o que vi foi uma praia normal mas que ficamos mais tempo na van de transporte (cerca de 2hrs e meia pra ir e 2hrs e meia pra voltar) do que na praia. Tentei contato mas não me deram nem explicação. Enfim, não recomendo por esses motivos.
I will share here how my experience with this company was in April 2022:
Affordable price but I was very upset with the management of the company, as 3 tours were closed for a couple, Arraial, Trancoso and Praia do Mirror. From the beginning I made it clear to the seller that I wanted to see Praia do Mirror first, as it is the most beautiful in my opinion. But my opinion was not taken into account and they decided for themselves the order of the tours, which until then would not be a problem. The first day went by and I asked that the next day go to the beach of the mirror and my request was not answered. On the second day there was an argument between the client and the guide because the client was left behind, a mistake on both sides. But the worst thing was that on the third day I asked to postpone the tour and once again I was not answered, even so I went because I wanted to know the place. Result: we left the city late because a family with 6 people would go but there were only 5 seats in the van, and that took a long time because they stayed behind and then decided to go back to get it, I just because no one went. We arrived at the beach at 11 am, and there was no low tide, totally spoiling the reason why I wanted to visit the place, and when the tide started to go down we had to leave because the company stipulates the time to leave the place. In other words, I was harmed by the bad organization of the direction! I didn't choose my tours and the most interesting thing for me was bad because of the company, because they took us late and brought us early. I consider it false advertising, because they sell the advertisement of the beautiful place with natural pools and they didn't deliver any of that, what I saw was a normal beach but that we stayed longer in the transport van (about 2 hrs and a half to go and 2 hrs and a half to come back ) than on the beach. I tried contacting them but they didn't even give me an explanation. All in all, I don't recommend it for these reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei! A gente escolhe a ordem dos passeios mas não sei por qual motivo, pois eles mudam e te avisam ja dentro da van. Posso dizer que foi minha única decepção em porto seguro! Vendeu passeio para praia do espelho mas nos levou depois da maré pq atrasou, era pra chegar na praia as 9:30 mas chegamos as 11 com maré alta e tivemos que deixar o local antes dela abaixar novamente. Propaganda enganosa ou agiu de má fé, pois sabia que a maré estaria ruim mas vendeu falando que estaria boa. Não recomendo, anão ser que queira se chatear na férias, aí essa é a empresa certa! Mais tempo de van do que na praia, e ainda tiram o melhor da praia que é a maré baixa.
Did not like! We choose the order of the tours but I don't know why, because they change and let you know inside the van. I can say that it was my only disappointment in safe harbor! Sold a walk to Praia do Mirror but took us after the tide because it was late, it was supposed to arrive at the beach at 9:30 but we arrived at 11 with high tide and we had to leave the place before it went down again. Misleading advertising or acted in bad faith, because he knew the tide would be bad but sold saying it would be good. I don't recommend it, unless you want to get bored on vacation, then this is the right company! More time in the van than on the beach, and they still get the best out of the beach, which is low tide.

Já começa na saída q marcaram as 8:00h da manhã e foram chegar depois das 9:10h ainda percebemos q cobraram valores diferentes então fiquem ligados. Não teve passeio nenhum só levou até a praia e deixou lá e saída as 15:20 do local e não pode atrasar se não larga lá. O motorista insiste pra por o cinto e está mais q certo só q como eu coloquei o cinto no lugar certinho ele quis discutir cmg dizendo q fui sem cinto, sendo q pessoas ao meu lado viram q estava de cinto, muito mal educado fica falando mal dos indidio e aldeias. A galera querendo animar no carro pedia músicas atuais e o motorista com cara feia só colocava as música dele.
Galera tem muitas agências boas no msm preço 70,00 reais e melhores q essa aí q foi péssimo.

There was no tour, just took it to the beach and left it there and left the place at 15:20 and you can't delay if you don't leave there. The crowd wanting to cheer up in the car asked for current songs and the driver with an ugly face just put on his music.
Guys, there are many good agencies at the same price 70.00 reais and better than this one that was terrible.

1 estrela ainda é muito pra eles
Uma grande falta de respeito desde a saída até a volta!
Mais de 1h de espera (combinamos saída do hotel as 8h apareceram depois das 9h)
Ao entrar na van já percebi que existiu cobrança de valores diferente entre o pessoal, eu paguei 140,00 (pra duas pessoas) e teve outros casais que pagaram 190,00 no mesmo passeio
Ao passarmos pela aldeia o motorista fala um pouco sobre os índios e o artesanato… Começou criticando o artesanato e falando que “os índios não gostam de trabalhar, mas a mesa vive cheia de cerveja” entre outros comentários bem ofensivos a aldeia…
Por fim chegamos na praia que é lindíssima, uma vista maravilhosa… primeira coisa que ele fala é que não ia tolerar atrasos que era pra todos estarem no local combinado as 15:20 e quem não estivesse no horário ele ia “entender” que a pessoa queria ficar (um lugar distante de tudo, sem sinal de telefone ou internet) as 15:21 a van estava saindo sem preocupação se ficaria alguém ou não (ele atrasar mais de 1h pode, uma família atrasada 2 minutos não pode? Enfim hipocrisia)
A música na van era boa, qualquer pessoa que nasceu antes dos anos 90 vai amar a playlist dele e nem pense em pedir pra trocar, a cara de insatisfação com seu pedido é nítida e o estilo de música que você pede nunca é tocado.
Por fim só tenho a dizer que foi minha única decepção nesse paraíso que é Porto Seguro
Sugiro fortemente que escolham qualquer outro lugar

More than 1h of wait (we agreed to leave the hotel at 8:00 and show up after 9:00)
Upon entering the van, I noticed that there was a different charge between the staff, I paid 140.00 (for two people) and there were other couples who paid 190.00 on the same tour
As we pass through the village, the driver talks a little about the Indians and handicrafts… He started by criticizing the handicrafts and saying that “the Indians do not like to work, but the table is full of beer” among other very offensive comments about the village…
Finally, we arrived at the beach, which is beautiful, a wonderful view… the first thing he says is that he would not tolerate delays, as everyone was supposed to be at the agreed place at 15:20 and whoever was not on time would “understand” that the person I wanted to stay (a place far from everything, no phone or internet signal) at 15:21 the van was leaving without worrying whether someone would stay or not (he can be more than 1h late, a family can't be 2 minutes late? In short, hypocrisy)
The music in the van was good, anyone born before the 90's will love his playlist and don't even think about asking to change it, the dissatisfaction face with your order is clear and the style of music you order is never played.
Finally, I just have to say that it was my only disappointment in this paradise that is Porto Seguro
I strongly suggest you choose any other place
