★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e preços absurdamente caros. Levei um filme pra revelar que está há 1 semana com atraso na entrega. Já fui umas 4 vezes pra buscar e nunca está pronto. Pedem pra voltar no outro dia, ou no outro horário, e o filme nunca está lá. Os atendentes não acham nada, me enrolam e até agora ninguém sabe onde está o meu filme. Sem contar na bagunça que é a loja!
Terrible service and absurdly expensive prices. I took a movie to reveal that it's been a week late in delivery. I've been about 4 times to get it and it's never ready. They ask to come back the other day, or at another time, and the movie is never there. The attendants don't find anything, they wrap me up and so far no one knows where my movie is. Not to mention the mess that is the store!

The girl I printed is beautiful on the outside and inside. Super supportive knows how to captivate the customer. Prices are fair but even if they were not, I would go back there just for the excellent service.
