Ele veio, fez a troca e ainda me ajudou em outros pontos da porta que precisava de ajuste. Recomendo e com toda certeza o chamarei quando precisar novamente.
I needed to change the core of a lock and Jota was super helpful and polite in guiding me in choosing a core with a safer type of key. He came, made the change and even helped me in other points of the door that needed adjustment. I recommend and will definitely call him when I need him again.
