★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa apresenta sérias dificuldades para se comunicar com os clientes. Depois que vc se compromete com os contratos e compra o imóvel o tratamento muda. Tem dias que tento, por exemplo, contato para solo itar minha comprovação de pagamentos para lançar no imposto de renda e não obtenho resposta.
 This company has serious difficulties in communicating with customers. After you commit to the contracts and buy the property, the treatment changes. There are days when I try, for example, to contact my proof of payments to post it in the income tax and I don't get an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone faz chamar e quando atendem transferem para outro setor que acaba não atendendo. Daí vc se desloca de lugar longe para ir presencialmente, falam que não atende pois está fechado. Os horários no site dizem das 8h às 17h30. Não falam em intervalo para almoço.
