★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro o lanche meu marido e eu sempre pedimos porém todas vezes temos problemas com a entrega. Já decidimos que não pediremos mais, todas as vezes o tempo de espera passa de 2hrs do esperado. É inaceitável fazer o cliente esperar por tanto tempo e ainda mentir que a todo tempo está saindo para entrega. Se aumentou a demanda contratem mais motoboys. Esperar quase 3hrs por um lanche está longe de ser um padrão ok para uma lanchonete. Meu último pedido, desisto não peço mais.
 I love the lunch my husband and I always order but every time we have problems with delivery. We've already decided that we won't ask for more, every time the waiting time exceeds 2hrs than expected. It is unacceptable to make the customer wait for so long and still lie that all the time he is going out for delivery. If the demand increased, they would hire more motorcycle couriers. Waiting almost 3hrs for a snack is far from an ok standard for a snack bar. My last request, I give up I don't ask anymore.

Tive diversos problemas nos últimos pedidos, desde pedido enviado pela metade, até pedido que demorou quase
2HORAS E MEIA p ser entregue. Enfim precisam melhoar muito nesse quesito!
The snack is amazing, but that alone doesn't hold when the service is TERRIBLE, I'm just referring to delivery, the person responsible for WhatsApp is zero prepared to solve problems, doesn't know how to give satisfaction, has no delicacy. 2 AND A HALF HOURS p to be delivered. Finally, they need to improve a lot in this regard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é maravilhoso, mas pra entregar...Fiz o pedido e me deixaram esperando por mais de uma hora pra informarem quem não estavam fazendo mais entregas e ainda deixaram de me responder através do WhatsApp!
The snack is wonderful, but to deliver... I placed the order and they kept me waiting for over an hour to let them know who wasn't making more deliveries and they still stopped answering me through WhatsApp!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo... 2h minimo pra entregar... atendente não sabe nem onde trabalha.... bagunçado... tentei 3 vezes ainda... não falha, 2h é o mínimo... isso pq falam em no máximo 70 min.... não percam tempo.
Terrible... 2h minimum to deliver... attendant doesn't even know where he works... messy... I've tried 3 times yet... it doesn't fail, 2h is the minimum... that's because they talk in a maximum of 70 min .... don't waste time.
