No delivery on Sundays. I called and the attendant asked how many waters it was, where it was and gave up because it was just a carboy. Is that what you could understand, but why did you answer the phone? $$$$$$

I placed an order for a water at 10 am and at 2 pm it still hadn't been delivered. Detail that I live 500m from the place. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 1 garrafao de agua 10h da manhã. 11h liguei para perguntar o que houve, me informaram que o entregador tinha saido com o pedido. 12h liguei novamente e informaram que ele estava aqui perto. 13h liguei denovo e disseram que não sabiam o que tinha acontecido com minha entrega. Ai cancelei e quando fui exercer meu direito de reclamação, desligaram em minha cara. Incrível como em tempos de crise, ainda encontramos trabalhadores autonomos com esse perfil.
Asked one water jug 10 am. 11 am called to ask what happened, informed me that the delivery man had left with the request. 12h called again and reported that he was nearby. 13h called again and they said they did not know what had happened with my delivery. Ai canceled and when I exercise my right to claim, hung up in my face. Amazing how in times of crisis, we still find autonomous workers with this profile.
