★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá por conta de uma indicação da Nihon, portanto achei que o serviço seria ótimo. O problema era uma tela do dvd automotivo. Pois bem, a tela voltou arrumada e funciona por enquanto. Os problemas vieram no serviço de desmontagem/montagem do dvd e moldura central do carro. O som era ótimo, voltou um lixo. Completamente fora da regulagem. Até o volume voltou diferente. O botão de "source" frontal do dvd não funciona mais. Em relação a montagem, agora o carro faz um barulho enorme vindo do painel central. Parece que deixaram algumas coisas soltas ou quebradas na parte interna. Trocaram os botões de Alerta e Desembassador do vidro traseiro de lugar... a experiência foi tão ruim que nem tenho coragem de levar o carro de volta lá, pois corre o risco de quebrar mais alguma coisa! Agora terei que levar em outro lugar para ver se alguém consegue resolver o barulho de peças soltas!
I went there on a referral from Nihon, so I thought the service would be great. The problem was an automotive dvd screen. Well, the screen came back tidy and works for now. The problems came in the dvd disassembly/assembly service and the car's central frame. The sound was great, it came back rubbish. Completely out of adjustment. Even the volume came back different. The front "source" button on the dvd no longer works. Regarding the assembly, now the car makes a huge noise coming from the center panel. Looks like they left some things loose or broken inside. They swapped the rear window Alert and Deshelter buttons... the experience was so bad that I don't even have the courage to take the car back there, as it runs the risk of breaking something else! Now I'll have to take it somewhere else to see if someone can resolve the noise of loose parts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nem bom dia os funcionários dão pra você, fui por indicação de uma concessionária que comprei meu carro, para verificar o desligamento do rádio original cheguei para verificar estacionei o carro lá dentro por opção própria, depois precisou retirar para outro carro sair, nisso o meu carro ficou lá fora no sol, de vez voltar no lugar não fizeram questão, não fiz o que precisava, não volto mais e nem indico, e ainda riscaram a tela do meu rádio, e as laterais com o manuseio de chave de fenda.
