★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto é bom e preço justo, mas o atendimento quanto a comunicação deixa muito a desejar. As informações são truncadas, confusas, cada hora fala uma coisa, não existe um padrão. Então, se tiver cuidado no seu pedido e paciência para cada hora receber uma informação diferente, recomendo. Caso contrário melhor procurar outro lugar.
The product is good and the price is fair, but the service and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Information is truncated, confused, each hour says something, there is no pattern. So, if you are careful with your order and have patience for each hour to receive different information, I recommend it. Otherwise, better look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me indicaram essa gráfica, estive duas vezes no local para fazer um orçamento mas no momento não foram capazes de me passar o valor, me pediram pra enviar o pedido pelo WhatsApp que eles passariam o valor, faz três dias que estou esperando a resposta e nada. Chamei no WhatsApp disseram que iriam me retornar, mas até agora nada. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, não indico, vão passar raiva se forem lá.
I was referred to this printer, I was there twice to get a quote but at the moment they were not able to give me the amount, they asked me to send the request via WhatsApp and they would send the amount, I have been waiting for a response for three days and nothing . I called on WhatsApp they said they would get back to me, but so far nothing. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend, they will be angry if they go there.
