Além disso, o dono Junior e seus funcionários são extremamentes cuidadosos e atenciosos, fazem questão de explicar tudo o que está sendo feito no carro e quais produtos estão sendo utilizados (e ainda dão ótimas dicas para a gente não fazer algo desnecessário).

Super recomendo o serviço deles qualidade alta, preço justo e como o Junior diz arrumou mais que um cliente.

I took my car to put the led in the headlight, drl tape and insulfilm, jraudio's staff did the service, a lot of education, dedication to quality and Junior was still after hours waiting for me to pick up the car. Instalação de mídia, revestimento de volante, película e muitos outros trabalho, trabalhos até que não estava na minha lista, mais fizeram questão de arrumar pra mim. Com tudo isso o que tenho é gratidão a todos e indicação. Acredito que o principal ponto positivo seja o fato dele colocar os interesses do cliente em primeiro lugar, avisando dos principais pontos para reparo sem querer aumentar as vendas no processo. Além de cuidar do meu gol nos tempos recentes eu acabei trocando de carro e comprei o Audi a1 do próprio Júnior que nesta ocasião, fez questão de me acompanhar durante todo o processo da venda do veículo, indo muito além das obrigações dele como vendedor. É um cara sensacional que demonstra um carinho incondicional pelo cliente. Recomendo está loja sem dúvida alguma! Feliz um aninho pra jr áudio e contem comigo como cliente por muitos anos! Contando um pouco da minha experiência:
Fui super bem atendido por toda a equipe da loja e pelo Junior o proprietário. Muita simpatia e cuidado com o carro. Meu carro saiu de lá outro, envelopei o teto e as lanternas traseiras fumê, e também uma parte do parachoque frontal. Troquei as lanternas da frente também.
Sobre o valor o Junior ajudou bastante na hora da negociação, achei o preço justo comparado com outros locais que fiz orçamento. Acabei de sair com o carro da loja, tudo impecável até o momento! Agradeço a todos pelo atendimento de primeira!
Ainda sai com brindes de lá e o Junior me ajudou no valor. Atendimento TOP!

I was super well attended by the entire store staff and by Junior the owner. Very friendly and careful with the car. My car came out of there another one, I wrapped the roof and the smoked taillights, and also a part of the front bumper. I changed the headlights too.
About the value, Junior helped a lot when negotiating, I thought the price was fair compared to other places I budgeted. I just took the car out of the store, all flawless so far! Thank you all for the first class service!
I still leave with gifts from there and Junior helped me with the value. TOP service!
