★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz uma prática ilegal de locação, caucionamento,fui ao cartório vc paga para caucionar,paga para tirar o caucionamento,então a imobiliária,não deve colocar fiador,e bem diferente de caucionamento,isso meu advogado deixou bem claro,toda imobiliária não deveria fazer pois não é o correto e sobre o atendimento é horrível sim.
