No dia 17 mandei mensagem e não fui respondia, dia 22 (que era o prazo de envio) nada. Até que dia 24 enviei mensagem novamente e me responderam " houve um atraso, vamos postar amanhã ".
No dia seguinte recebi a mensagem ''viu, você não passou o número para enviar'' Cara, desacreditei, ninguém falou comigo em 25 dias , quando argumentei disseram que já estava pronto e era ''só colocar na numeração'', disseram que tiveram um problema com quem respode a Elo, então escrevi: Numeração 12 e 13 e o que deveria ser gravado. E que tinha um planejamento especial e o atraso iria influenciar nisso.
Como "gentileza" disseram que paguei o PAC mas enviariam via Sedex. O mínimo né.
Ok...Mais um dia de atraso, e foi enviado dia 26. Paguei R$ 26,72 no Pac, eles pagaram 25,80 no Sedex, ou seja né...
Ok! Chateação em cima de chateação. Até que a encomenda chegou e... A duas alianças vieram no tamanho 12! Estou DESACREDITADA. parece piada isso tudo.
Avaliei a loja antes de comprar, atrasaram meu pedido todo, tive minhas mensagens ignoradas, tive uma cortesia falsa e a aliança chega na numeração errada. Arruinaram meus planos com as alianças.
No minimo mereço meu dinheiro de volta.O que era pra ser um momento mágio, se tornou um transtorno. Tamanho o desgosto que sinto.
Não recomendo a loja de jeito nenhum.
EDIT: Como não é possível responder ao comentário do JR. edito por aqui. De fato ele me mostrou que o sedex foi o valor mais alto. Todas as outras informações são verídicas. Façam o que quiser, tenho todas as provas, inclusive das duas vezes que me acusa de má fé, como aqui e no Elo7.

I evaluated the store before buying, they delayed my entire order, I had my messages ignored, I had a false courtesy and the ring arrives in the wrong numbering. They ruined my plans with the alliances.
At the very least I deserve my money back. What was supposed to be a magical moment, has become a nuisance. So much disgust I feel.
I don't recommend the store at all.
