★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa chegou na loja antes dela abrir as 8h da manhã para receber logo o atendimento. Fomos trocar 2 pneus, 2 buchas da suspensão, pastilhas de freio , alinhar e balancear . Resultado: além do PESSIMO atendimento, ela ficou até as 12:45 h com 2 crianças esperando o serviço lento e ruim deles.
O carro tinha que sacar um parafuso estragado da roda que ela teve que ir pra rua , arrumar um moto taxi pra comprar o parafuso na jolup porque os funcionários não providenciaram, um absurdo!!!!!! Depois pediram um jogo de pastilhas que nós informaram que na loja pedida era 243 e ainda comentei que seria a vista porque a tal loja sempre dá os 20% de desconto à vista . Resultado me cobraram a peça o preço a prazo psra pagar 50 reais a menos na loja que pediram. Resultado: UMA VERGONHA O ATENDIMENTO DESTA LOJA . NUNCA MAIS PISO LÁ. Meu carro foi um lancer placa 7770
My wife arrived at the store before she opened at 8 am to receive the service right away. We changed 2 tires, 2 suspension bushings, brake pads, aligning and balancing. Result: in addition to the PESSIMO service, she stayed until 12:45 pm with 2 children waiting for their slow and bad service.
The car had to remove a damaged screw from the wheel that she had to go to the street, get a motorcycle taxi to buy the screw in the jolup because the employees did not provide it, absurd !!!!!! Then they asked for a set of tablets, which we informed that at the store they ordered 243 and I also commented that it would be cash because that store always gives 20% off in cash.
