★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi meus apartamentos no final de setembro , mas ate agora nao posso habitar. Os apartamentos estao sem.poder ter energia devido a omissão da construrora JRA em informar que o prazo da energisa concluir o serviço de aumento de carga no condomínio era só no dia 19/11/2020.
I received my apartments at the end of September, but so far I cannot live. The apartments are without power, due to the failure of the construction company JRA to inform that energisa's deadline for completing the load increase service in the condominium was only on 11/19/2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi meu apartamento em Setembro de 2020 com varias pendências das áreas comuns, inclusive sem a energia e até o presente momento não consegui junto à construtora a Lavratura do Termo de Recebimento do Imóvel. A JRA Construtora se negou por três vezes comparecer para fins de lavratura do referido documento. O Proprietário passou a não mais atender telefone e apenas disse para ter paciência. A entrega do imóvel foi realizada de maneira pouco profissional por parte da Empresa JRA Construtora.
I received my apartment in September 2020 with several pending issues in the common areas, even without the energy and until now I have not been able to obtain the Pledge of the Property Receipt from the construction company. JRA Construtora refused three times to appear for the purpose of drawing up the said document. The Owner started to no longer answer the phone and just said to be patient. The property was delivered in an unprofessional manner by the JRA Construtora Company.
