★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, pedi pra fazer o fechamento da minha sacada no começo de maio (minhas férias), falaram 15 dias pra instalar, não vieram na data certa, instalaram quase no fim de maio num sábado e ainda por cima deixaram serviço pra terminar, trouxeram uma capa com risco e deixaram a parte de fora pra terminar. Hoje vieram aqui pra terminar o que faltava perguntei se tinham feito o acabamento na parte externa e disseram que sim, acreditei no que falaram e não fui verificar, qdo fui sair do apto vejo que está do mesmo jeito e nem mexeram. Fora a enrolação, vc liga não atendem, manda msg no whats, não respondem, deixam vc esperando.O serviço de hj era pra ter sido feito no dia 04/07 as 17h30 (mandei msg no whats e liguei pra confirmar) não apareceram e nem deram satisfação. Descaso total com o cliente!!!!
I do not recommend, I asked to close my balcony at the beginning of May (my vacation), they spoke 15 days to install it, they didn’t come on the right date, they installed it at the end of May on a Saturday and on top of that they left work to finish, they brought a risky cover and left the outside to finish. Today they came here to finish what was missing I asked if they had done the finishing on the outside and they said yes, I believed what they said and I didn’t check, when I left the apartment I see that it’s the same way and they didn’t even move. Outside the bullshit, you call don't answer, send msg on whats, don't respond, leave you waiting. The hj service was supposed to be done on 07/04 at 17:30 (I sent msg on whats and called to confirm) did not show up and nor did they give satisfaction. Total neglect with the customer !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, achei que contratei um serviço que tivesse qualidade e acabamento, mas no fim, o importante por parte da JRM era só entregar o serviço, não quis saber se o cliente estava satisfeito com o acabamento feito, serviço entregue não ficou acabado esteticamente, terei que rever com outro profissional, pois é isso que é o serviço.
Infelizmente, decepcionante.
Unfortunately, I thought I hired a service that had quality and finish, but in the end, the important thing for JRM was just to deliver the service, I didn't want to know if the customer was satisfied with the finish done, the service delivered was not finished aesthetically, I will have to review with another professional, because that's what the service is.
Unfortunately, disappointing.
