★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um mouse no dia 22 de outubro de 2020. Fui bem atendido no dia, o rapaz passou a compra no débito e disse que eu tinha 7 dias pra troca a partir da compra.
No dia seguinte, sexta, testei no meu notebook e percebi que o botão esquerdo não funcionava. Hje, segunda, 26 de outubro resolvi ir na loja e chegando lá estava o mesmo atendente, uma outra funcionária e aparentemente o dono da loja. Informei o motivo da troca, o rapaz olhou a nota e viu que tava no prazo. Ele verificou o mouse, perguntou se eu tinha tentado abrir ele e eu disse que não ( quando testei, só abri a embalagem e o conectei no notebook). Disseram que não tinha mais do modelo. Pedi extorno do dinheiro. Negaram. Pedi outro mouse. Negaram me acusando de ter quebrado algo que já veio com defeito. O atendente ainda disse que testou na minha frente no dia, o que não ocorreu. O dono ficou questionando pq não troquei no dia como se isso justificasse o fato do mouse vir quebrado. SE TENHO 7 DIAS PRA TROCA TENHO 7 DIAS. CADA DIA QUE PASSA NÃO DIMINUI O MEU DIREITO DE CONSUMIDOR. Continuaram me acusando de ter quebrado, como se quisesse dar golpe. Mano, foi muito estresse desnecessário. Era só a simples troca de um trambolho de 20 reais que veio quebrado. O dono ainda se estressou se achando na razão, sendo que ele nem presenciou a venda, pegou o mouse e jogou no lixo com raivinha. Depois desse fuá desnecessário, pediram pra eu voltar quinta a noite pra pegar um novo. Vamos ver.

I asked for a refund of the money. They denied it. I asked for another mouse. They denied me accusing me of breaking something that already came out defective. The clerk also said he tested it in front of me on the day, which didn't happen. The owner was questioning why I didn't change the day as if that justified the fact that the mouse was broken. IF I HAVE 7 DAYS FOR EXCHANGE I HAVE 7 DAYS. EVERY DAY THAT PASSES DOES NOT REDUCE MY CONSUMER RIGHT. They continued to accuse me of breaking, as if I wanted to strike. Mano, it was a lot of unnecessary stress. It was just the simple exchange of a 20 reais piece that came broken. The owner was still stressed if he was in reason, being that he did not even witness the sale, took the mouse and threw it in the trash with a rabid. After that unnecessary fuá, they asked me to come back Thursday night to get a new one. We will see.
