Onde fui muito maltratada pelo gerente da mesma não perguntei o.nome mas escutei os vendedores o chamando de "Zé" . Assim que entramos minha mãe disse que não tinha servido e precisávamos trocar ele já foi super grosso e em com a voz em tom muito alto disse com as seguintes palavras "vai ter que esperar" minha mãe disse que não podíamos esperar muito por conta do feriado o estacionamento já estava fechando. E ele.novamente gritando disse vai ter que esperar pelo.menos 10 minutos. pegou o produto é jogou no balcão,um vendedor depois de uns minutos muito educado veio.nos atender. E o gerente mal educado além de desfazer dos clientes também é muito grosso mal.educado com os funcionários. Estou decepcionada compro nessa loja à anos e nunca tive problemas. LOJA GOIS DA VILA GALVÃO PRECISA URGENTEMENTE DE REVISÃO NA GERÊNCIA. GERENTE ZÉ COMO É CHAMADO GRITA COM OS CLIENTES. NAO VOLTO MAIS. DEIXO MINHA RECLAMAÇÃO AFIM DE MOSTRAR MINHA INDIGNAÇÃO COMO CLIENTE.
