Não cumpriram o prazo, não concluíram o serviço, não fizeram o que foi acordado e o pouco que fizeram piorou ainda mais a situação do telhado. Ficamos com o apartamento alagado depois que o serviço foi iniciado. Jogaram cimento em quase todo o telhado, não trocaram as telhas danificadas e colocaram um plástico preto em toda a extensão. Em uma parte do telhado, passaram impermeabilizantes sobre as telhas quebradas e cimentadas. Usaram baldes com entulho, pedaços de madeira e pedaços de telha soltos para segurar o plástico preto, que poderiam voar e causar um acidente. Nosso prejuízo foi enorme. Tivemos que contratar outra empresa e pagar pelos danos que eles deixaram. Agora, não respondem e não querem devolver o dinheiro pelo serviço não realizado.
 Do not hire !! We hired the repair of a roof. They did not meet the deadline, they did not complete the service, they did not do what was agreed and what little they did made the roof situation even worse. We got the apartment flooded after the service was started. They threw cement almost all over the roof, did not replace the damaged tiles, and put a black plastic across the length. In one part of the roof, they passed waterproofing on the broken and cemented tiles. They used debris buckets, bits of wood, and loose pieces of tile to hold the black plastic that could fly and cause an accident. Our loss was enormous. We had to hire another company and pay for the damages they left. Now they do not respond and do not want to return the money for the unfulfilled service.
