★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que melhorar ...a logística deles lá é uma demora pra carregar e descarregar ... pessoal com pouca experiência em lugar com alto fuxo de cargas ..ser mais ágil para proporcionar um maior número de carga e descarga ...um exemplo ... adiantar a separação pedir a nota quando o caminhão entrar já saber exatamente o que e quantos vai ser carregado...outra coisa uma regra ruim enquanto tem dois carros lá não pode descer mais ninguém...tem que adiantar o processo ... pedir para os próprios motorista colocar os IPI e já ir adiantando as cintas para a descarga porém isso não pode ser feito no potio externo pois a riscos de tombamento e avaria dos materiais etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já vi zona mais organizada, com fé em Deus pai todo poderoso não encosto mais nunca lá ! Já vi lugar para enganar e roubar motoristas de carreta, mais igual aquele lugar, minha nossa senhora Aparecida, não tem não ! Os programadores, não se importam com vc, tem 20 chefes lá dentro mais nenhum ali te ajuda em nada, o que eles poderem tirar de você eles irão fazer, e respeito por quem está na rodagem eles não tem de forma nenhuma ! Em fim se poder não agregar lá, e nem carregar com eles é a melhor coisa que vocês podem fazer !

The programmers, they don't care about you, there are 20 bosses in there but none of them help you at all, what they can take from you they will do, and respect for whoever is in the shoot they have absolutely no way! In the end, if you can not add them there, nor load them is the best thing you can do!
