★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar! Muy tranquilo, con mucha seguridad y cerca de todo. A metros de la playa de Jatiuca. Dos Supermercados a unas cinco cuadras (Gbarbosa y Unicompras), el lugar tiene bar con comidas al paso y podés caminar por el lugar y sentarte a tomar aire en las calurosas noches. Los departamentos son muy cómodos y recomendados!
 Excellent place! Very quiet, very safe and close to everything. A few meters from the beach of Jatiuca. Two supermarkets about five blocks away (Gbarbosa and Unicompras), the place has a bar with meals in step and you can walk around the place and sit down to take a breath on the hot nights. The departments are very comfortable and recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este complejo tuene una ubicación excelente!!! Y con una seguridad increíble. He estado en Maceió 15 días y no he visto ni un solo hecho de inseguridad, pero te sientes protegida estando en JTR.
En la terraza ha una piscina muy bonita, con reposeras y palmeras.
Todo el complejo es precioso. Lo recomiendo ?
This complex has an excellent location !!! And with incredible security. I have been in Maceió for 15 days and I have not seen a single fact of insecurity, but you feel protected being in JTR.
On the terrace there is a very nice pool, with lounge chairs and palm trees.
The whole complex is beautiful. I recommend it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio tem uma boa infraestrutura, a piscina é muito boa, precisa apenas de alguns sombreiros no deck. Visitei o condomínio em um apartamento que aluguei no airbnb. O apartamento é amplo, grande e bem equipado. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado fazem-se necessário.
Condominium has a good infrastructure, the pool is very good, you only need a few parasols on the deck. I visited the condo in an apartment I rented on airbnb. The apartment is spacious, large and well equipped. Air conditioning units are needed.
