Comprei um Shitzu e estou a quase 6 meses esperando pela documentação do pet. Descaso total por parte da gerência! Fazem promessas de prazos e não cumprem
Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei há quase dois anos uma Shitzu para minha filha e disseram que o pedigree seria enviado em 2-3 meses... até hoje nada. Tentei várias vezes uma negociação amigável mas me ignoraram. Acho que a solução terá que ser judicial mesmo. Infelizmente. Desprezo pelo cliente.
I bought a Shitzu for my daughter almost two years ago and they said the pedigree would ship in 2-3 months... still nothing. I tried several times a friendly negotiation but they ignored me. I think the solution will have to be judicial. Unfortunately. Contempt for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes muito atenciosos. O local de banho e tosa é ótimo, o pet sai bem limpinho, cheiroso e dura bastante tempo. Os veterinários são muito atenciosos. Parte de venda de produtos que o preço é alto em comparação com outros estabelecimentos.
Very attentive attendants. The bath and grooming place is great, the pet comes out very clean, fragrant and lasts a long time. Veterinarians are very attentive. Part of selling products that the price is high compared to other establishments.
