★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já era ruim e na pandemia ficou ainda pior. Telefone inexistente, não atendem e-mail. Os processos demoram meses sem acompanhamento algum. Fazer negócios em Minas Gerais já é difícil e a Junta Comercial ainda desempenha seu papel de atrapalhar.
 It was bad enough and in the pandemic it got even worse. Telephone does not exist, do not answer e-mail. The processes take months without any follow-up. Doing business in Minas Gerais is already difficult and the Junta Comercial still plays its part of getting in the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito precário. Equipe com muita vá vontade em responder ou ajudar em um simples problema. Piorou mais ainda, você não consegue sequer conversar com o analista do seu processo.
Deveria ter um canal de chat pelo menos dentro do portal pra conversar com o analista. É um vai e volta de processo por motivos que poderiam ser solucionados em menor espaço de tempo. MENOS BUROCRACIA!!!
Very poor service. Staff very willing to answer or help with a simple problem. Even worse, you can't even talk to your case analyst.
There should be at least a chat channel inside the portal to talk to the analyst. It is a back and forth process for reasons that could be solved in a shorter period of time. LESS BUREAUCRACY!!!
