Large, airy place, now without queues, attentive staff; clean bathroom and quick service. When no need to schedule. Because sometimes we try and we can't because of Jucerja's marking system. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pensei que pudesse retirar um documento e a atendente me disse que tinha que ser pela internet. Pq não avisam isso no site? Brasil cada dia que passa está pior. E todos culpam a pandemia. Aff, internet não funciona perfeitamente devido a muitas solicitações. Difícil sabe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você não consegue falar com eles pelo telefone, atendentes sem experiência, pois quase fui orientado incorretamente, por sorte perguntei a outra atendente q me orientou melhor, localização só no rio branco que dificultou para muitas pessoas poderem ir até lá até para tirar uma dúvida no caso já q e impossível falar com eles pelo telefone, ou seja vc que se vire caso precise deles
