★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja, compro há um certo tempo, porém... da última vez, comprei 15 metros de um fio 6 mm, e assim que efetuei o pagamento, percebi a necessidade de trocar pelo de 4mm(normal, qual ser humano nunca precisou tomar decisões no último segundo ?). Nunca vi tanta cara feia e má vontade. Um dos funcionários, que separa e corta fios/cabos, até soltou "piadinhas" pra mim, com direito à sarcasmo e ironia, esqueceu o profissionalismo e o bom tratamento ao cliente, constrangedor.
Obs: Pedi pra trocar sem mesmo terem cortado o fio ainda, só o desenrolaram da bobina !
Great store, I bought it a while ago, but ... last time I bought 15 meters of a 6mm yarn, and as soon as I made the payment, I realized the need to change for 4mm (normal, which human never had to take decisions in the last second?). I've never seen such an ugly face and unwillingness. One of the employees, who separates and cuts wires / cables, even made jokes for me, with the right sarcasm and irony, forgot the professionalism and the good treatment to the client, embarrassing.
Note: I asked to change without even having cut the wire yet, just unrolled it from the coil!
