★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um kit bolsa, porém não veio a alça da bolsa, tentei comprar na minha cidade porém não encontrei, informei a loja que disse que enviou pelo correio a mais de um mês, informei novamente que não tinha sido entregue e que se fosse o caso eu pagaria o correio, disseram que tinham enviado via PAC mas nada do código de rastreamento, questionei novamente e nem se quer obtive resposta, pra mim isso é um mal atendimento e uma falta de respeito com o cliente
I bought a purse kit, but the purse strap didn't come, I tried to buy it in my city but I couldn't find it, I informed the store that said it sent by mail over a month ago, I informed it again that it had not been delivered and that if it was the case I would pay for the mail, they said they had sent it via PAC but nothing about the tracking code, I questioned it again and if I even got an answer, for me this is poor service and a lack of respect with the customer
