★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nós fomos tomar café da manhã no domingo e pedimos pães na chapa. Eles eram do dia anterior, estavam duros e só foram esquentados com manteiga mas nada de chapa. Terrível, não recomendo.
We went to breakfast on Sunday and ordered bread on the grill. They were from the day before, they were hard and only heated with butter but no griddle. Terrible, don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha gostado bastante do sanduíche na unidade do Unicamp, mas quando pedi na ponta verde não estava tão gostoso e não parecia ser do dia, assim como outros produtos que comemos. Confesso que fiquei um pouco decepcionada porque achei que o produto final não condizia com o valor.
I had really liked the sandwich at the Unicamp unit, but when I asked for the green tip, it wasn't as tasty and didn't seem to be the day, like other products we eat. I confess that I was a little disappointed because I thought the final product didn't match the value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria é linda! Tem muitos pães diferentes... Mas eu comprei pãozinho comum e estava velho, quase duro. Comprei um sonho e o pão não estava fofinho. Eu fiquei um pouco decepcionado, mas voltarei qualquer dia.
The bakery is beautiful! There are many different breads... But I bought a common bread roll and it was old, almost hard. I bought a dream and the bread was not fluffy. I was a little disappointed but will be back any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me indicaram o estabelecimento devido à qualidade, mas fiquei decepcionado. Comprei um sonho, porem aparentava não ser fresco, ao comer constatei que realmente não era… estava duro. Produto de qualidade similar ou inferior à uma padaria comum, porém por um preço maior.
I was referred to the establishment due to the quality, but I was disappointed. I bought a dream, but it didn't seem to be fresh, when eating I found that it really wasn't… it was hard. Product of similar or inferior quality to a common bakery, but for a higher price.

Atendimento péssimo (estava vazio e tive que competir com o telefone que era mais importante que o cliente). Pedi um sanduíche de rosbife, a única coisa que estava boa era o pão, que pelo valor que paguei, não valeu nada a pena.
Achei os preços bem abusivos! Deixei até uma foto do cardápio abaixo. O delivery deles até se sobressai um pouco, mas sempre alguma coisa chega velha ou com qualidade inferior.
Até mudarem essas questões, recomendo visitarem outro local.
Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. Only that.
Terrible service (it was empty and I had to compete with the phone which was more important than the customer). I ordered a roast beef sandwich, the only thing that was good was the bread, which for the price I paid was not worth it at all.
I thought the prices were pretty outrageous! I even left a photo of the menu below. Their delivery even stands out a little, but something always arrives old or of inferior quality.
Until these issues change, I recommend visiting another location.
