Queria sanar umas dúvidas por que tenho interesse em comprar um imóvel. Moro o bairro(Tijuca) e estava de passagem quando vi a empresa e aproveitei para sanar algumas questões. Sai de lá e fui na imobiliária NOVA ÉPOCA, bem ao lado. Fui super bem recebida pela recepcionista que me encaminhou para uma corretora chamada Cecília. Me ouviu, sanou minhas dúvidas e me mostrou diversos imóveis.
Não sei se todas as Corretoras da Julio Bogoricin são indiferentes com os clientes, tanto quanto a da unidade da Tijuca(Conde de Bonfim),mas certamente NÃO indico. Péssimo atendimento.
I was very poorly attended. I was at the office today and was seen by a broker, who simply spoke to me looking all the time. It was totally indifferent.
I would like to clear up some doubts because I am interested in buying a property. I live in the neighborhood (Tijuca) and was passing through when I saw the company and took the opportunity to resolve some issues. I left there and went to NOVA ÉPOCA real estate, right next door. I was very well received by the receptionist who referred me to a brokerage called Cecília. He listened to me, solved my doubts and showed me several properties.
I do not know if all Julio Bogoricin Brokers are indifferent to customers, as much as that of the Tijuca unit (Conde de Bonfim), but I certainly do not recommend it. Terrible attendance.
