★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, estava interessado em um imóvel que estava disponível para aluguel, ficaram de me ligar para fazer uma visita e me deixaram esperando por 5 dias sem dar uma satisfação, quando procurei saber porque não me ligaram, fui informado que o imóvel havia sido alugado enquanto eu estava esperando a ligação da empresa. Ou seja passaram outra pessoa na minha frente enquanto eu esperava.
I didn't like the service, I was interested in a property that was available for rent, they called me to pay a visit and left me waiting for 5 days without giving a satisfaction, when I tried to find out why they didn't call me, I was informed that the property had been rented while I was waiting for the company to call. In other words, someone else passed in front of me while I waited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo que você alugue um ponto/apt ou coloque seu imóvel para alugar por esta imobiliária. Profissionais mal preparados e a didática da empresa é sempre adiar o máximo as suas responsabilidas, não responder o cliente e fazer a vontade deles, mesmo fora da lei, forçando o cliente a ter pensamentos de colocar na justiça.
I do not recommend that you rent a point / apt or place your property for rent through this real estate agency. Poorly prepared professionals and the didactics of the company is always to postpone their responsibilities as much as possible, not answer the client and do their will, even outside the law, forcing the client to have thoughts of putting it in court.
