★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente mal atendida, chegamos no bar estava sem lugar para sentar até ai ok porque não reservanos, uma das atendentes sugeriu que ficássemos na área de fumantes que é bem pequena e estávamos em 6 pessoas, e então ela colocou uma mesa lá, e nos deixou pro lado de fora com a porta fechada, ficamos totalmente excluídos do bar, isso foi bem desagradável, sugerimos mudar para dentro do espaço onde tinha um espaço pequeno, mas pelo menos era dentro do bar, mas a atendente ignorou completamente o que pedimos, e nos mateve lá fora! Não foi informado que a porta teria que ficar fechada por conta de vigilância, somente depois que questionamos isso, pedimos apenas 2 cervejas e decidimos ir embora por conta do mal atendimento, na saída quiseram cobrar 6 reais por pessoa, não ficamos nem 30 min no local, e em nenhum momento fomos informados dessa cobrança, isso foi um absurdo, no fim não pagamos o valor cobrado por pessoa pq ficamos bem chateado com o atendimento e certamente não vamos retornar mais.
I was extremely poorly attended, we arrived at the bar there was no place to sit until then ok because we didn't reserve us, one of the attendants suggested that we stay in the smoking area which is very small and we were 6 people, and then she put a table there, and we left outside with the door closed, we were totally excluded from the bar, this was very unpleasant, we suggested moving inside the space where there was a small space, but at least it was inside the bar, but the attendant completely ignored what we asked, and kept us out there! It was not informed that the door would have to be closed due to surveillance, only after we questioned this, we ordered only 2 beers and decided to leave because of the bad service, at the exit they wanted to charge 6 reais per person, we didn't even stay 30 min in the location, and at no time were we informed of this charge, this was absurd, in the end we did not pay the amount charged per person because we were very upset with the service and we will certainly not return again.
