★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tanto pelo telefone como na loja. Vendedores esnobes e sem vontade. Os tecidos são de boa qualidade porém com esse tipo de vendedores não adianta nada pois o atendimento ao cliente é horrível.
Lousy service, both on the phone and in the store. Snobbish and unwilling salespeople. The fabrics are of good quality but with this type of vendors it does not help because the customer service is horrible.

Os vendedores simplesmente me ignoraram dentro da loja e acreditem tinha somente dois clientes na loja que é enorme. Indaguei à moça do caixa sobre atendimento e ela na maior indiferença me disse que todos estavam ocupados. Tenho certeza que o dono ou o gerente comercial de la nao tem conhecimento deste fato.
Lastimável.
I went on Tuesday to buy fabrics for my clothing. And I could not be answered. The salespeople simply ignored me inside the store and believe me I only had two customers in the store, which is huge. I asked the cashier girl about service and she, in the greatest indifference, told me that everyone was busy. I am sure that the owner or commercial manager there is not aware of this fact.
Regrettable.
