★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar estranho, área kids bem abandonada. sempre deixo minha filha com monitoras nos plays de shopping e esse me decepcionou. Só tinha um menino que ficava no celular e não olhava as crianças.
Minha filha teve dor de barriga e por vergonha por não ter nenhuma monitora, acabou fazendo coco na calça. Paguei por uma hora e em 15 min ela quis sair.
Não recomendo.
Atendentes bem desinteressados
 Strange place, well abandoned kids area. I always leave my daughter with monitors at shopping malls and this one disappointed me. There was only one boy who was on his cell phone and didn't look at the kids.
My daughter had a stomachache and out of shame for not having any monitor, she ended up pooping in her pants. I paid for an hour and within 15 minutes she wanted to leave.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei ontem minha filha no jumpbrasil que está no Shopping Tietê Plaza em SP e foi uma decepção.. primeiro que é bem caro e o atendimento bem pésssimo! Paguei 20 minutos R$30 .. a moça que me atendeu ainda descontou 1 minuto do tempo, é pra rir pra nao dizer outra coisa.. ela já conta o tempo que estava ali no momemto do pagamento.. eu paguei as 14hs como consta ali na foto abaixo e a saida dela teria de ser as 14:20hs ela descontou 1 minuto com Saida as 14:19hs! É um absurdo e outro detalhe .. os monitores nao estao nem ai para as crianças .. em vez de estaren ali pra ajudar as crianças e ou animar brincar com as crianças eles só ficam la sentados e fofocando da vida dos outros .. eu estava perto só observando! NÃO RECOMENDO .. QUEM PUDER NEM GASTE SEU DINHEIRO NEM TEMPO!
Yesterday I took my daughter to jumpbrasil which is at Shopping Tietê Plaza in SP and it was a disappointment.. first of all, it is very expensive and the service is very bad! I paid 20 minutes R$30 .. the girl who answered me even took 1 minute off the time, it's to laugh so I don't say anything else .. she already counts the time she was there at the moment of payment .. I paid at 2 pm as stated there in the photo below and her departure would have to be at 2:20 pm she took 1 minute off with her departure at 2:19 pm! It's an absurdity and another detail .. the monitors don't care about the children .. instead of being there to help the children and or encourage playing with the children they just sit there and gossip about the lives of others .. I was close just watching! I DO NOT RECOMMEND .. WHO CAN DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
