Estou tentando uma visita para realização do serviço já faz algumas semanas e não há nenhum retorno, acho que eles não devem estar precisando de dinheiro, alias deve estar sobrando, visto que não querem atender
Visibly a great job (photos of the page on facebook), but leaves to be desired regarding the commitment of the first visit ... A pity!
I'm trying a visit to perform the service is already a few weeks and there is no return, I think they should not be in need of money, alias must be left as it does not want to meet

Poor service, I boxed and balconyed with them. The box has taken off 3 times already and the glass frame of the balcony is still giving problems. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço ruim, pedimos e pagamos uma coisa e foi instalada outra. O serviço, depois de pago 50%, demorou mais 20 dias além do combinado. Quando liguei para reclamar, foram muito mal educados, especialmente a senhora, que deve ser a proprietária. Disseram que minha mãe havia ligado para mudar o projeto, mas minha mãe nem estava ciente do assunto, pois quem estava cuidando disso era eu. O senhor que me atendeu (o proprietário) foi extremamente grosso, gritando ao telefone e disse que sua esposa havia lhe dito que o projeto havia sido alterado, quando de fato nunca ligamos para alterá-lo. Este mesmo senhor, ha aproximadamente 2 meses, disse que tomaria as providencias cabíveis e até hoje não tive nenhum parecer, afinal já receberam o valor integral. Não indico, e nunca mais voltarei a fazer negócios. Transtorno etotal falta de profissionalismo.
Bad service, we ordered and paid for one thing and another was installed. The service, after paying 50%, took another 20 days beyond the agreed. They said my mom had called to change the project, but my mom wasn’t even aware of it, because I was the one taking care of it. The man who answered me (the owner) was extremely thick, shouting on the phone and said that his wife had told him that the project had been changed, when in fact we never called to change it. This same gentleman, approximately 2 months ago, said that he would take the appropriate measures and until today I have had no opinion, after all they have already received the full amount. I do not indicate, and I will never do business again. Etotal disorder lack of professionalism.
