★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservei horário para cabelo e maquiagem no dia 18/11 para o casamento da minha irmã, dia 04/12. Disseram que me enviariam os dados da conta para pagamento de 50% do valor, para confirmação do horário. Aguardei até o DIA SEGUINTE e não me retornaram. Então liguei para o salão, solicitei a chave PIX e disseram que tinham marcado outras pessoas no meu horário ("fala pra ela que não tem mais horário" - Júnior). Em momento nenhum disseram que meu cabelo e maquiagem (de, no mínimo, 2h) era um "encaixe". Uma falta de respeito, de profissionalismo. Felizmente, Ibirité possui outros salões de beleza, que anseiam por novos clientes, os respeitam e o resultado é impecável. Esses sim, são salões de luxo.
I booked hair and makeup time on 11/18 for my sister's wedding on 12/04. They said they would send me the account details for payment of 50% of the amount, to confirm the time. I waited until the NEXT DAY and they didn't return. So I called the salon, asked for the PIX key and they said they had booked other people on my schedule ("tell her that she doesn't have any more hours" - Júnior). At no time did they say that my hair and makeup (of at least 2 hours) was a "fit". A lack of respect, of professionalism. Fortunately, Ibirité has other beauty salons, which yearn for new customers, respect them and the result is impeccable. Those yes, are luxury salons.
