★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sabem trabalhar com vendas pela internet, demoram muito pra responder, e quando a gente liga pra lá dizem que precisam atender os clientes que estão indo presencialmente na loja. Quem está pedindo pelo whatsapp devia ter a mesma prioridade e atendimento que um cliente que vai na loja física, é cliente do mesmo jeito.
They don't know how to work with internet sales, they take a long time to answer, and when we call there they say they need to serve customers who are going in person at the store. Whoever is asking for whatsapp should have the same priority and service as a customer who goes to the physical store, is a customer in the same way.
