Liguei para pegar uma faixa de Jiu Jitsu, repeti 3x que queria ATAMA, pois não estava conseguindo em local nenhum, ela confirmou que tinha essa marca a 3x, passei 40min em um engarrafamento para chegar lá, chegando lá ele veio me entregar outra marca, ainda teve a cara de pau de falar que não tinha se atentado a marca, pediu mil desculpas, pediu para eu aguardar que ia pedir uma pessoa para ir em outro local, fiquei aguardando, depois de 10min, ela ligou para o rapaz que tinha ido atrás em outro local, a resposta da pessoa foi que tinha esquecido de procurar a faixa, estava procurando outros produtos, essa empresa realmente NÃO REPEITA O CLIENTE.
