★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido por um senhor chamado "Eliel", que estava visilmente sem paciência de responder minhas simples perguntas, desligando o telefone antes mesmo de finalizarmos. Irmão, não quer atender a população? Sai vazado! Tem gente querendo seu emprego, demorou? Não temos culpa se a instituição onde você trabalha é toda problemática e desorganizada! Eu podia ter deixado essa passar, mas aí vocês só íam continuar repetindo esse atendimento medíocre!
I was attended by a gentleman named "Eliel", who was visibly not patient to answer my simple questions, hanging up the phone before we even finished. Brother, don't you want to serve the population? Get out! There are people wanting your job, how long did it take? It's not our fault if the institution where you work is all problematic and disorganized! I could have let this one go, but then you were just going to keep repeating this mediocre service!
