★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, realizamos o contrato da Júpiter no dia 17/04 e o prazo de instalação está programado até o dia 01/07, eu sinceramente acho isso muito estranho, porquê demorar exatos 1 mês para instalar, porém estou sujeito a mudar essa opinião se o serviço feito for de qualidade, então provavelmente até essa próxima semana estarão realizando a instalação.
 Well, we executed the Jupiter contract on 04/17 and the installation term is scheduled until 07/01, I honestly think this is very strange, because it takes exactly 1 month to install, but I am subject to change this opinion if the service done is of quality, so probably until next week they will be carrying out the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suporte técnico péssimo. O atendimento é realizado por Imperatriz, fazendo como que dificulte a resolução de problemas. Para instalar demorou muito. Alguns técnicos não tem muito experiência, essa é a impressão que fica. Sinal de internet razoável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestam um péssimo serviço. Ninguém atende nos números locais disponibilizados, demora ABSURDA para responderem por outros meios (WhatsApp, por exemplo). O cliente tem que ligar para a central, que fica em Imperatriz, para ser "atendido".
They do a terrible job. No one answers the local numbers provided, it takes ABSURD to answer by other means (WhatsApp, for example). The customer has to call the central, which is located in Imperatriz, to be "answered".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente não está entregando o que é contratado, um absurdo. quando "tem" internet, não abre Netflix, Amazon ou nenhum outro serviço de streaming. Sem falar na lentidão pra enviar mensagens no WhatsApp. Quando se consegue fazer contato com a Central, eles sempre usam a mesma desculpa "problemas na torre" e nisso você fica 3 ou mais dias sem internet.
Lately he is not delivering what is hired, absurd. when it "has" internet, it doesn't open Netflix, Amazon or any other streaming service. Not to mention the slowness to send messages on WhatsApp. When you can make contact with the Central, they always use the same excuse "problems in the tower" and in that you stay 3 or more days without internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é muito boa, dificilmente vai caí. Porém existe uma demora enorme para ser atendido, seja por ligação ou pelo whatsapp/telegram. Fora isso tem um custo benefício muito bom!!!
