★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não fiquei 10 minutos com internet em casa e nunca fui atendida para o reparo ser feito. Diversos protocolos por dia foram solicitados e sempre ouvia: "o técnico já está a caminho". Foram 2 semanas de prejuízo no home office. Não recomendo e não desejo pra ninguém.
Terrible attendance. I didn't spend 10 minutes with internet at home and I was never attended to for the repair to be done. Several protocols per day were requested and I always heard: "the technician is already on his way". It was 2 weeks of loss in the home office. I do not recommend and do not wish for anyone.

E o endereço que nos deram não foi encontrado na cidade de paraoupebas , qual estavam por meios dele na Rua A , número 283 não vir nem uma logomarca com o nome da empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível, o SAC não funciona e basicamente só serve pra dizer que vão chamar o suporte, e isso quando atendem o telefone. O suporte nunca vem, fazem pouco caso quando o cliente está sem internet pois zombam dizendo que no sistema está tudo bem, sendo que meus vizinhos também usam e estão reclamando que estão sem acesso.
It's just awful, the customer service doesn't work and basically only serves to say that they're going to call support, and that's when they answer the phone. Support never comes, they don't care when the customer has no internet because they make fun of saying that the system is fine, and my neighbors also use it and are complaining that they have no access.
