★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fez deslocar de São Paulo para Peruibe para ver e fechar negocio com um terreno no J.Nova Peruibe porem depois de ter perdido tempo e dinheiro de ir até lá a corretora Daniela me relatou que o dono do terreno não queria pagar a comissão da imobiliária eh o valor seria outro , deu a entender que era uma isca para ir até lá, o terreno continua anunciado no site, e tem + fui ver o terreno com meu carro nem isso foi oferecido .
