Tem que ter uma central de atendimento que realmente dê o feedback ao cliente! Não gostei dessa experiência!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui a esta loja na BR 316 e por quatro vezes eles alegaram "Furo de Estoque", ou seja, não consegui comprar o que a loja anunciava na internet e que nos registros da própria loja apontava disponibilidade em estoque.
Os funcionários ficam como "baratas tontas" procurando os produtos... não metodologia de arrumação das gôndolas nem controle de estoques.
Uma vergonha. Não volto mais lá.
Terrible attendance. I went to this store on BR 316 and four times they claimed "Stock Hole", that is, I couldn't buy what the store advertised on the internet and that the store's records indicated availability in stock.
Employees are like "silly cockroaches" looking for the products... no methodology for tidying the shelves or stock control.
A shame. I'm not going back there.
