Queria uma informação simples e não consigo entrar em contato com atendente nenhum, e tentei até em outras opções com esperança de me atenderem e me transferir pro setor certo. Na mensagem gravada da atendente falam pra entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp, mas esquecem de FALAR o número do WhatsApp pra entrar em contato. Péssimo (não) atendimento.
They don't answer a call, the same morning I called more than 5 times and I can't return. I wanted some simple information and I can't get in touch with any attendant, and I even tried other options in the hope that they would help me and transfer me to the right sector. In the recorded message of the attendant, they say to get in touch by WhatsApp, but they forget to SPEAK the WhatsApp number to get in touch. Terrible (no) service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do jurunense mas achei que tem poucas opções de cadeiras porém ótimo atendimento e um picolé show que compra perto do caixa.
I really liked the Jurunense one but I thought it has few options for chairs but great service and a popsicle show that you can buy near the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar uma estrela pq sou obrigada, não merece nenhuma. Péssimo atendimento para entrega de mercadorias no depósito ao lado da loja. Tome um bom calmante se tiver que ir buscar mercadoria nesse lugar.
I'll give one star because I have to, it doesn't deserve any. Poor service for delivery of goods to the warehouse next to the store. Take a good tranquilizer if you have to pick up merchandise at this place.
