★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caríssimo!!! Com o preço do conserto dá pra comprar outra roupa. A equipe é atenciosa e a costura é ok, mas não vale o preço que cobram...
Very expensive!!! With the price of the repair, you can buy another outfit. The staff is helpful and the sewing is ok, but not worth the price they charge...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local, sem nenhum compromisso com o cliente. Estragaram um vestido de festa meu pq fizeram a barra muito curta, além disso não entregaram no prazo combinado.
Lousy location, with no commitment to the customer. They spoiled a party dress of mine because they made the hem very short, in addition they did not deliver within the agreed deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O senhor que me recepcionou foi mal educado e nem quis ouvir a necessidade do ajuste que queria, depois de insistir, chamou duas costureiras que foram super atenciosas e educadas, porém concluíram que o ajuste que gostaria não daria para fazer, para "alegria" do senhor que me recepcionou. Nunca vi um prestador de serviço ficar feliz por não conseguir oferecer o que o cliente deseja. Bom, felizmente não me contentei com a opinião da Just Adjust(de que o ajuste que qeuria era impossivel de ser feito) e encontrei um outro local que soube exatamente o que queria, sem eu precisar dar tantas explicações, e ficou perfeito!
The gentleman who welcomed me was rude and did not even want to hear the need for the adjustment he wanted, after insisting, he called two seamstresses who were super attentive and polite, but concluded that the adjustment he would not be able to make, to the "joy" of sir who welcomed me. I have never seen a service provider happy to be unable to deliver what the customer wants. Well, fortunately I was not satisfied with the Just Adjust opinion (that the adjustment that was impossible to make) and I found another place that knew exactly what I wanted, without having to give so many explanations, and it was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um vestido para fazer ajustes, e o preço não foi nada barato, foi quase metade do preço que paguei pelo vestido!
Quando retornei uma semana depois, no sábado, ninguém tinha nem começado o serviço! Retornei na quarta feira e a mesma coisa! Tive que voltar no dia seguinte para ver se assim alguma coisa acontecia!
Ps: cheguei na quinta feira no horário de abrir e ainda atrasaram 30 min para abrir.
Não recomendo e não voltarei!!!
Muita falta de consideração com o tempo das pessoas.
I left a dress to make adjustments, and the price was not cheap, it was almost half the price I paid for the dress!
When I returned a week later, on Saturday, no one had even started the service! I returned on Wednesday and the same thing! I had to go back the next day to see if anything like this happened!
Ps: I arrived on Thursday at opening time and still delayed 30 min to open.
I do not recommend and will not be returning !!!
Too much disregard for people's time.

Sempre sai contente sempre ficou tudo impecável! O valor è justo pelo serviço que realizam! Muitos podem falar que è caro, não acho diante um serviço excelente! Indico e sempre volto mesmo não morando mais no bairro!
I've been to this place for many years and I've brought a lot of party dresses for complicated settings! I have also used bar service, pants adjustments and so on! Always leave happy everything was impeccable! The value is fair for the service they perform! Many may say that it is expensive, I do not think this is an excellent service! I indicate and I always come back even though I do not live in the neighborhood anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao retornar com calças cujas barras foram feitas erradas, fui atendida por um senhor que no mínimo não tem a menor condição de lidar com o público. Grosso e despreparado. Uma das calças foi revisada e novamente ficou com uma perna de cada tamanho. Aguardei mais um tempo enquanto a barra era novamente reformada e agora parece estar ok. Mesmo com os evidentes problemas com o serviço das costureiras eu voltaria pois havia sido bem atendida pela Proprietária. Por outro lado, pelo atendimento desse senhor não volto nunca mais. É incrível como especialmente em momentos de crise uma pessoa seja capaz de atender tão mal um cliente a ponto dele não querer voltar. Marina, sinto muito, mas com esse senhor atendendo seu negócio imagino que você poderá perder outras clientes. Fica a dica. Att. Cristina
When returning with pants whose bars were made wrong, I was met by a gentleman who at least has no way to deal with the public. Thick and unprepared. One of the pants was revised and again had one leg of each size. I waited a while while the bar was redeveloped and now it seems to be ok. Even with the obvious problems with the seamstress service I would go back because it had been well attended by the Landlady. On the other hand, for the care of this gentleman I will never return. It's amazing how especially in times of crisis a person is able to serve a customer so poorly that he doesn't want to come back. Marina, I'm sorry, but with this gentleman attending to your business I imagine you might lose other customers. Here's the tip. Att. Cristina
