★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento está sendo péssimo, possuem um atendimento péssimo onde a atendente até mesmo discute com o cliente por telefone, burocracia na hora de fazer o contrato e quando vc precisa do suporte na casa sempre a mesma história que a pessoa responsável por manutenção está ocupado, espero q nesses próximos 30 meses de contrato eu n precise ter contato c a imobiliária pois a mesma possui despreparo em resolução em tempo hábil de certas situações.
So far it's being terrible, they have a bad service where the attendant even argues with the customer over the phone, bureaucracy when making the contract and when you need support at home always the same story that the person responsible for maintenance is busy I hope that in these next 30 months of contract I do not need to have contact with real estate because it has unpreparedness in timely resolution of certain situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Mayara parece trabalhar forçada ou fazendo favor para os clientes! Além de muito antipática, nos fez perder muito tempo. Após 2 semanas do envio da documentação para locação, tivemos que insistir por uma resposta... Foi quando a mesma relatou que o imóvel não ia ser mais locado, e sim, vendido! Decepção!
Attendant Mayara seems to be working hard or doing customers a favor! In addition to being very unfriendly, it made us waste a lot of time. After 2 weeks of sending the documentation for rental, we had to insist on an answer ... That's when it reported that the property was not going to be leased, but rather, sold! Disappointment!

Temos que implorar pra alugar um espaço com eles, eles não fazem nada, consegui o número do proprietário e resolvi tudo com ele, a Mayara parece que faz um favor pra gente, nos sentimos até humilhados...
Se não gostam de trabalhar, fechem....
Só me submeti a isso pq eu queria muito o ponto...
Terrible, inefficient and incompetent....
We have to beg to rent a space with them, they don't do anything, I got the owner's number and solved everything with him, Mayara seems to do us a favor, we even feel humiliated...
If you don't like to work, close....
I only submitted to this because I really wanted the point...
