★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bom , estou tento um problema , nem mesmo quis negociar ja logo paguei o preço do anuncio porem meu pedido foi autorizado para venda dia 17/01 e ate hj 22/01 não postaram meu produto, nao me respondem no chat e pior que não atende minhas ligações , não gostaria de ficar essa impressão pois verifiquei a quilificação no mercado livre e era um dos melhores do site , peço apenas por gentileza que me prestem um retorno pois se não forem me vender o produto irei comprar em outro lugar , pois e para concerto de uma moto na minha loja e estou sendo cobrada pela minha cliente e não tenho argumentos.
well, i'm trying a problem, i didn't even want to negotiate as soon as i paid the ad price but my order was authorized for sale on 01/17 and until today 01/22 they didn't post my product, they don't answer me in the chat and worse that they don't answer my calls, I wouldn’t like that impression because I checked the quilification on the free market and it was one of the best on the site, I just ask you to kindly pay me a return because if you don’t sell the product I will buy elsewhere, because and for concert of a motorcycle in my store and I am being charged by my client and I have no arguments.

A peça de cima é a que foi retirada da minha motocicleta e a debaixo foi a que me enviaram como sendo nova. Porem entraram em contato comigo me dando a satisfação do que aconteceu com a peça....e o problema esta sendo resolvido.
I bought a piece as new, but when I received it the piece was used and not working. The top is the one that was taken from my motorcycle and the one below was sent as new. However they contacted me giving me the satisfaction of what happened with the piece .... and the problem is being solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vou nem comentar da peça q comprei, q é usada, mas como o vendedor reagiu com minha interação no Mercado Livre: Primeiro me ameaçou, dizendo que se caso eu publicasse uma reclamação - meu direito - me processaria. Além de ter me chamado de intransigente, mal educada, que meu comportamento era ridículo e que minha alegação improvável. Quanto a peça, veio com parte da fiação danificada e derretida. Viajei por longo tempo para trocar a peça, pois meu mecânico está distante e para não perder tempo, acabou utilizando a parte do meu painel antigo no lugar da peça q está ruim. Não comprem desta empresa. Em vez de acalmar um cliente lesado e tentar resolver, me deixou ainda mais revoltada pela pernada q tomei, comprando sucata. Não tem a menor humildade em reconhecer o erro, não sabe lidar com o publico, totalmente destemperado e sem filtro no q fala. Agressivo e impaciente. Infelizmente, fiquei no prejuízo.

Do not buy from this company. Instead of calming an aggrieved customer and trying to solve it, it made me even more revolted by the trip I took, buying scrap. He doesn't have the slightest humility in acknowledging the mistake, he doesn't know how to deal with the public, totally intemperate and unfiltered in what he talks about. Aggressive and impatient. Unfortunately, I was at a loss.
