Eles fazem pouco caso do pedido do cliente, assim aconteceu comigo eu fiz o pedido do alimento porém para ser entregue me foi imformado que precisaria ter outras entregas proximo de mim , eles não se importam de fidelizar clientes ,atendimento péssimo, muito ruim de gente que debocha como se eu estivesse ao invés de comprando pedindo favor, foi como me senti, em momento algum eles se mostraram flexiveis a atender meu pedido , são taxativos ao recusar uma entrega é sempre, não podemos, não tem como, não,não e não.
Resumindo tudo muito ruim, não indico de jeito nenhum fiz um pedido hoje quarta feira para que fosse entregue em minha residência na segunda e me informaram que não daria pois nao tinha roteiro pra onde eu moro, como assim gente? E nem me deu previsão de quem sabe na terça sei la eles so dizem não e ponto final.

They ignore the customer's order, so it happened to me, I ordered the food, but in order to be delivered, I was informed that I would need to have other deliveries close to me, they don't mind loyal customers, terrible service, very bad people who mocking as if I were buying instead of asking for favor, it was how I felt, at no time did they show themselves flexible to fulfill my order, they are emphatic when refusing a delivery it is always, we cannot, there is no way, no, no and no .
Summing up all very bad, I do not indicate at all I placed an order today Wednesday for it to be delivered to my residence on Monday and they informed me that it would not work because there was no script for where I live, how come people? And it didn't even give me a forecast of who knows on Tuesday I don't know, they just say no and that's it.
