I was in the store yesterday to make a budget for my nephew's 1-year-old party, and I was disappointed by the attitude some salespeople had, being totally uncomfortable, and unwilling to help. I left the store extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tem que organizar horário de almoço das funcionárias, elas com fome e falando na frente das clientes que demora muito para escolher. Vim com a intenção de comprar vários brinquedos pra cozinha nova de minha filha e por conta delas fui embora com coisas que eu não tinha certeza. Duas mulheres e um homem e teve outra cliente que viu ela falando mal é se chateou nem levou nada. As funcionárias ficaram rindo quando a senhora falou que estava chateada porque ouviu.
Terrible service, you have to organize lunch hours for the employees, they are hungry and talking in front of the customers that it takes a long time to choose. I came with the intention of buying several toys for my daughter's new kitchen and because of them I left with things I wasn't sure about. Two women and a man and there was another client who saw her talking badly and got upset and didn't take anything. The employees were laughing when the lady said she was upset because she heard.
