Not very nice, I had to contact the manufacturer to ask for a protocol in which the manufacturer advised that it was the role of technical assistance... just a waste of time

I took my Oster coffee maker in for maintenance. I was very well attended, they performed the service, they delivered the device preserved as I left it, they met the delivery deadline. I will go back there if I need to again.
