★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa academia, interior bem organizado, boa quantidade de professores auxiliando os alunos, apesar de ter poucas esteiras a academia tem boa qualidade dos equipamentos e dos pesos. Na portaria tem catraca com leitor biométrico o que impede a entrada de quem não for aluno e evita confusão.
Tem horários de aulas como jump, step, zumba entre outros, as aulas são sensacionais e com ritmo acelerado, muito bom pra quem quer queimar algumas calorias!
Tem alguns espelhos trincados mas em geral estão em boas condições.
Good gym, well organized interior, good amount of teachers assisting students, despite having few treadmills the gym has good quality equipment and weights. In the doorway has a ratchet with biometric reader which prevents the entry of non-students and avoid confusion.
There are class schedules like jump, step, zumba among others, the classes are sensational and fast paced, very good for those who want to burn some calories!
It has some kinked mirrors but in general they are in good condition.
