★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento via telefone é bastante ruim e desatento. O técnico que foi enviado poderia ser um pouco mais educado e organizado. Entrou na casa com a bota suja, pisou na poça que a geladeira fez e saiu sujando a cozinha toda, em momento nenhum auxiliou a esvaziar a geladeira.. Passou um bom tempo futucando a peça pois segundo ele tinha conserto, até que se irritou e disse que só trocando tudo. Para fazer o serviço, teve que pedir as minhas ferramentas, usou minha cola, meu silicone e até mesmo o meu fornecedor para adquirir a peça nova pois os que ele conhecia não tinha. No fim das contas me cobrou 150 reais só pra encaixar a peça nova e ainda achou ruim qnd reclamei que tava caro. (Afinal de contas, ele só deu o preço depois de já ter desligado e desmontado tudo..). Resolveu meu problema, mas não pretendo chamar novamente.

He entered the house with a dirty boot, stepped in the puddle that the refrigerator made and left the whole kitchen dirty, at no time did he help to empty the refrigerator. He spent a long time cleaning the piece because, according to him, it was repaired, until said that just changing everything. To do the job, he had to ask for my tools, used my glue, my silicone and even my supplier to buy the new part because the ones he knew did not have. In the end he charged me 150 reais just to fit the new piece and he still thought it was bad when I complained that it was expensive. (After all, he only gave the price after having already disconnected and dismantled everything ..). It solved my problem, but I don't intend to call again.
